When life feels overwhelming, confusing or heavy, it can be hard to know where to turn.
Therapy offers a calm, steady space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Working together, we explore what’s been happening for you, at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your needs.
Who I work with
I work with adults who are navigating emotional, relational or life‑based challenges. Many of the people I support are experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout.
You might recognise yourself in one or more of these experiences:
- Anxiety or constant worry
- Burnout or emotional exhaustion
- Stress and overwhelm
- Grief or loss
- Life transitions
- Relationship difficulties
- Low confidence or self‑esteem
- Feeling disconnected or unsure of yourself
- Struggling to manage day‑to‑day demands

If any of these resonate with you, you’re not alone, and therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on.
How We Work Together
Sessions are collaborative and shaped around what feels right for you. I draw from Gestalt and CBT approaches, offering space to explore your thoughts, emotions and patterns with curiosity and compassion.
Together, we might:
- Explore what’s been happening in your life
- Understand how past experiences shape your present
- Identify patterns that feel unhelpful
- Build tools to support your wellbeing
- Create space for emotions that feel difficult or confusing
- Move towards what feels meaningful and manageable
There is no pressure to “perform” or “get it right.” Therapy is a place where you can simply be yourself.
Is Therapy Right for You?
People often reach out when they feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure how to move forward. You might be navigating a difficult situation, exploring your identity, or simply wanting a space to understand yourself better.
If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, we can explore that together.
I offer counselling in Romsey and Eastleigh, with online sessions available across the UK. Sessions are available on weekdays and some evenings.
